These terms govern your use of the Stonewall SEO website. By using the site or submitting a form, you agree to them. Specific client engagements are governed by a separate written agreement.

What this site is

This site describes our services and lets you request a free audit. Submitting a request does not create a client relationship; that begins only with a signed engagement.

No guarantee of specific rankings

We do honest, durable work — and we are confident in it — but search engines and ad platforms control their own algorithms. We warrant effort and methodology, not a specific ranking or result. Anyone who guarantees a specific position is not being straight with you.

Engagements are month-to-month

When you become a client, work is month-to-month under a separate agreement. You own your accounts, content, and the work product, as set out in that agreement. Ad spend, if any, is paid by you directly to the ad platform and is never marked up.

Intellectual property

The site's content, brand, and design are owned by Stonewall SEO. Work produced for a client under an engagement belongs to that client per the engagement agreement.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Stonewall SEO is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
